What is the capacity for an outdoor ceremony?

What is the capacity for an indoor ceremony?

What is the capacity for a reception?
The main portion of the venue seats up to 200 guests. With an additional space opened,
The Arbor can accommodate up to 300 guests.
How many parking spots are there?
We have a total of 80 spots with overflow parking at the neighboring business. Vehicles may also be left overnight to ensure all guests get home safe.

Can I bring in my own catering and drinks?
Unfortunately no. All events are required to use our in house food & beverages & meet
a food and beverage minimum.
What services can I bring in?
Photographer, videographer, florals, decor, photo booth, DJ, & officiant.

Do you have a dressing room?
Yes! This is only available for couples who choose to have their ceremony at The Arbor.
How early can I arrive the day of?
Couples choosing to have their ceremony at The Arbor have 3 additional hours prior to the ceremony time to arrive at the venue to get dressed and start photos. All set up is done by the staff of The Arbor.
Please note: no outside alcohol is allowed into the venue.
What restrictions do you have on decorations?
Wax (pillar or taper) candles are not allowed. glitter, artificial snow, & paint are prohibited.
All outside decor must be approved prior to each event.
Do you provide any decorations?
Yes! The venue rental fee includes all decorations we have for tables & various areas around the venue.
Can I have my pet at my wedding?
Yes! We do allow furry friends to participate in the wedding ceremony only. A designated person must be able to take your pet(s) home once the reception has begun.
All furry friends must be approved prior to each event.
